1. Using Idle Isle
Idle Isle offers free browser games. By using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Idle Isle is for people 13 and older. Everyone plays as a guest, without an account.
2. Accounts (in the future)
Accounts aren’t available yet. If we add them:
- You must be at least 13 years old to create one. Provide a working email, keep your password safe, and use one account per person.
- Choose a display name that isn’t your real name and isn’t offensive, hateful, or impersonating anyone. We may change or remove names that break these rules.
- You’ll be able to delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that cheat, abuse the service or break these terms.
3. Guest progress
Guest progress is stored in your browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching devices may erase it, and we can’t recover it for you.
4. Island Pass points and rewards
Island Pass points, tiers, badges and themes are cosmetic rewards for playing. They have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money, and aren’t your property. We may rebalance points or rewards, or reset them if they were earned by cheating.
5. Purchases (in the future)
- Nothing can be bought on Idle Isle today. Some games may show example prices for items that aren’t on sale; these aren’t offers.
- If we add a shop, coins will be an optional virtual item for use in games, with no cash value outside Idle Isle.
- Every price will be shown in full, in your currency, before checkout, and you’ll confirm each purchase.
- No paid random rewards (loot boxes).
- We’ll publish a refund policy before any shop opens. It won’t affect any rights you have under the law.
- Users under 18 should get a parent or guardian’s permission before buying anything.
6. Fair play
Please don’t cheat, exploit bugs to gain points, interfere with the site, or try to access data that isn’t yours. Report bugs to idleisle.games@gmail.com.
7. Games and content
The games, art and code on Idle Isle belong to us or our game makers. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use. Games are provided “as is”. They may change, reset during development, or be retired.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Idle Isle isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll update the effective date. Questions: idleisle.games@gmail.com.
